If your over-the-road truck has a radiator leak or is overheating due to coolant or airflow restrictions, we can fix it. We have developed special procedures to clean and repair truck, industrial, and off-road radiators. Plastic radiator tanks are common now on the large trucks. When the tanks fail we can replace them with OEM parts. On most models, brass or steel tanks are available and makes a more durable repair. An all-metal complete radiator is another option. These radiators are built three different ways: bolt together with steel tanks, soldered together with brass or steel tanks, and all aluminum.
If your truck needs a new core or a complete radiator, we make sure you get the right part that will match or exceed the OEM.
Charge air coolers also fail causing loss in horsepower, increase in fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. We can clean, test, and evaluate your CAC for repair. Some failures of the charge air cooler are not repairable and we offer new and recored units for those.
